I am looking for a Clinical Lead Nurse to work in a fabulous luxury home providing high quality nursing, dementia, residential and respite care in the beautiful town of Brackley. The home has a cinema, library and café enabling residents to live life to the full.
In this role you will:
- Work closely with nurses and carers to maintain the highest standards of clinical care and governance including carrying out audits, safeguarding, DOLS, CQC and compliance
- Lead a team of staff
- Ensure residents always receive the best care
- Provide excellent nursing and clinical care
- Actively contribute to all clinical delivery within the home
For this great Clinical Lead Nurse post you will need:
- NMC nurse registration with relevant post-registration experience
- A strong clinical skillset
- The ability to lead the nursing team
- Prior management experience, or experience of leading a small team
- The ability to make clinical decisions and remain calm under pressure
- A passion for promoting best nursing practice
- The ability to train, support and mentor others
- A desire to encourage positive working relationships within the team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
