Servisource Healthcare are working with a leading eye care provider to find experienced professionals to join an established clinic in Hampshire.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough pre and post-operative consultations, assessing patient suitability for treatment with precision and care
• Execute detailed examinations pertinent to refractive, cataract, glaucoma, and retinal surgeries, maintaining the highest standards of clinical proficiency
• Manage acute and follow-up clinics post-surgery, ensuring optimal patient recovery and satisfaction
• Provide invaluable health guidance and support to patients, demonstrating empathy and expertise
• Deliver expert first-line clinical advice and facilitate appropriate referrals when necessary, exhibiting sound judgment and professionalism

Requirements:

• Current GOC registration as a fully qualified optometrist, demonstrating ongoing commitment to professional excellence
• Extensive experience in refractive, high street, or hospital environments, showcasing a proven track record of success and dedication
• Proficiency in utilising patient administration systems and electronic medical record platforms to streamline operations and enhance patient care
• Demonstrated proficiency in achieving conversion targets and KPIs within the realm of Vision Correction, exhibiting a results-oriented approach to healthcare delivery
