In addition to a diagnosis of a neurological condition and addiction, service users may present with cognitive impairments, communication disorders and behaviours that challenge.

Lloyd House has 17 bedrooms, four of which form our transitional living unit, which is for those who are ready for more independent living. The service is close to local shops and the park, so residents can benefit from social, occupational, and educational opportunities in an ideal setting for neurorehabilitation.

Abington View is a female only service providing specialist community-based transitional neurological rehabilitation services for those who are not quite ready for supported living.

At Active Care Group, we are committed to ensuring that every individual we support feels safe, happy, and empowered to live their best life possible. With a collaborative and holistic approach to care, we work effectively in partnership with stakeholders to deliver high-quality integrated health and care services.
