Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for RGN's to work a NHS based position, within an ICRAS Team (Integrated Community Reablement Assessment Service) based in Merseyside.
The ICRAS team provides high quality, culturally sensitive, nursing and therapy treatment or interventions for people in their permanent or temporary place of residence (hub rehabilitation units). The multidisciplinary team approach is to support discharges and prevent avoidable hospital admissions, ensuring that the team work with existing social care providers and other agencies.
This is a Band 5 position, working Monday to Thursday each week for 30h a week.
Hour of work for this post are 07:30 to 20:30 for 7.5h a day.
Pay rate for this post is £20.00 per hour.
The applicant must be a Qualified with the NMC, as a Regsitered General Health Nurse to be considered for this position - please do not apply if this doesnt apply to you.
