As a Registered General Nurse, you will be an integral part of our healthcare community, providing high-quality nursing care across various clinical settings.

Responsibilities:

  1. Patient Care: Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  2. Assessment and Planning: Conduct thorough patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure effective patient outcomes.
  3. Medication Administration: Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols and physician orders.
  4. Monitoring: Regularly monitor and record patients' vital signs, changes in condition, and responses to treatment, promptly reporting any concerns.
  5. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting nursing assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
  6. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, including physicians, therapists, and support staff, to provide comprehensive patient care.
  7. Education: Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care instructions.
  8. Adherence to Protocols: Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards to ensure the delivery of safe and effective nursing care.

Requirements:

  1. Registered Nurse (RN): Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) or relevant licensing body.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 6 months of experience as a Registered General Nurse, with a diverse clinical background preferred.
  3. Clinical Skills: Proficient in a wide range of nursing procedures, including wound care, medication administration, and patient assessment.
  4. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
  5. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
  6. Adaptability: Flexibility to work across different clinical areas and adapt to changing patient needs.
  7. Professionalism: Demonstrate a commitment to ethical and professional nursing practice.
