Production Technician - Pharmaceuticals

We are working alongside a long-standing client of ours to find Technicians to work within a pharmaceutical manufacturing company. These start off as a temp role, but the end goal is for this to become permanent with potential progression.

There is a variety of different roles, this would be dependent on your personal preferences and what is available, please see some general descriptions of the roles available:

Production - There are a couple of options within this field. You would use some machinery, but mostly it is done by hand, to manufacture the pharmaceutical goods. This role would require a lot of multitasking, usage of small equipment, and usage of microscopes.

Quality Control - Using microscopes and other lab equipment to check on the quality of products and cleaning them if need be. This role requires a lot of patience, a keen eye for detail and a good set of eyes!

Packaging & Others - There is occasionally roles within packaging and other departments also, to help and assist with the production. The above is the main roles we are looking for.

• There is two shift options:
• Dayshift - 7 am till 7 pm, £11.96 ph and £17.17 for any over time completed
• Nightshift - After completeing training on days, this would be 7 am till 7 pm, £13.41 ph and £18.62 ph for any overtime
• You will be working in a clean-room environment, requiring the usage of PPE
• The usage of microscopes is common across all positions
• Transport - East Worthing train station 8 minute's walk away, and buses, and free parking in and around the site

All training is provided, therefore no experience is required, however, please see the requirements below for a successful application:

• Commutable distance to East Worthing
• Full availability for the shift of your choice
• Right to work in the UK
• Although experience is not required, we will be looking at previous work history, mostly towards longevity
• Strong attention to detail to detail
• Ability to read, write and speak to a comfortable level in English
