Senior Staff Nurse ICU

NOW recruiting for Experienced ICU nurses who are looking for an opportunity to work in outstanding, modern, forward thinking Intensive Care units in the Private Sector Hospitals across London. 

Full Time Hours (long days, nights and weekends)

Salary: Competitive and negotiable depending on experience with excellent benefits. Ranging: £42,000 to £47000 per annum. 

Role Overview:

As a senior staff nurse you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team  to provide clinical leadership, act as a mentor and role model, manage complex patient care.

Your specialist training should include a Critical Care postgraduate qualification and a minimum of ILS, ideally ALS and/or CALS. You will have extensive experience and evidence of competencies managing level 2 and 3 patients, across all specialities. 

Skills and experience:

• Registered General Nurse with NMC pin.
• Neuro, Cardiac or General ICU specific skills and experience – previous 3 years’ experience.
• Leadership 
• Physical examination and clinical assessment 
• Motivated and forward-thinking individual with excellent communication skills, good time management and prioritisation skills.
• Critical Care Course (60 Credits)
