Live in carer
Being a live in carer is to be a friend and companion who gives our clients the chance to live life to the full. It also means having the flexibility to choose when and where you work. It's independence for those you care for - and freedom for you too.
At Bluebird Care we have multiple opportunities for live in care across our teams in London, Essex, Southend and Chelmsford (all close to major airports).
Why our live in care team is different:
We run our live in care desk by listening to our staff. We plan all your placements in advance and match you up with clients based on your skill sets and preferences. We want to hear what you are interested in and enjoy doing! if it's cooking, gardening, community activities, rehabilitation or working with dementia we will aim to find you the perfect customer to support that gets the best out of your skills and interests.
We offer our live in carers:
- £500-600 per week
- Access to Wi-fi
- 2 hour break each day (at a time of your choice)
- Fleixble rotations (max 8 weeks before a break)
- Daily food allowance
- Self employed or employed positions available
- Dedicated live in care team to ensure any concerns and or new ideas are listened to and responded to.
We want to recruit more live in carers who share our values; a passion for quality, a kind heart and a desire to make a huge difference to someone in your community.
You do not need to drive to be a live in carer but some clients may benefit from someone with a driving licence or their own transport.
What we require from our live in carers:
- Previous experience in care
- Good level of English
