Lead & Empower: Coach and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and positivity.
Create Impact: Deliver seamless front-of-house experience for our members and ensure every member feels valued and inspired.
Drive Standards: Maintain impeccable building standards and ensure health, safety, and compliance.
Collaborate & Grow: Partner with the wider Fora team to ensure consistent delivery of the Fora brand.
Innovate & Elevate: Bring energy and ideas to enhance member experiences and team engagement.

Requirements
✅ This Role Is for You If You Have…
Experience in the hospitality, retail or co-working industry
Experience in supervising/leading in customer facing environment
Highly refined verbal and writing communication skills
Good organisation skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Individual with delivering exceptional customer service
Very well organised & excellent timekeeping
Professional integrity and trustworthy
