ENA Care Group is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient recruitment process of our Office and Care Staff.

You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating assessments, and completing all necessary paperwork. You will work closely with the your colleagues in the Care Team, Recruitment Team and Senior Management Team to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

In addition, you will collaborate with the Marketing team to create engaging job advertisements and promote our company as an employer of choice. You will also assist with onboarding activities for new recruits.

We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills, as you will be the main point of contact for candidates, providing them with a positive recruitment experience. Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are also essential for success in this role.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in recruitment, preferably in the healthcare or home care sector
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and other relevant tools such as Workable, Linkedin, Indeed, etc.
  • Ability to evaluate resumes and conduct interviews effectively
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Flexible and adaptable in a changing work environment
