The Role
We are looking for compassionate and reliable Care Professionals to join our team. This is a highly rewarding role where no two days are the same, and you have the time to truly make a difference.
Unlike rushed care environments, we ensure minimum 1-hour visits, allowing you to build meaningful relationships and deliver person-centred care.
Pay & Benefits
£13.15 per hour during your probationary period
£13.50 per hour upon successfully achieving your care certificate and completion of your probation.
45p per mile mileage allowance between calls
Paid annual MOT after probation
Full training and shadowing with experienced Care Professionals
Level 2 & 3 care qualifications supported
28 days holiday allowance (including bank holidays) pro rata’d to your working pattern
£250 employee referral bonus scheme

Working Patterns
We aim to offer consistent schedules so clients and Care Professionals can build trust and familiarity.
We work on a two week working pattern which includes:
The same 2,3 or 4 weekdays each week, plus alternate weekends
Shift times: Either 8:00am–2:00pm and/or 4:15pm–9:00pm
Once you have decided whether you are applying for either mornings, evenings or full days, this will then be your set working pattern.
A driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential due to travel between client visits.
Key Responsibilities
Your role will focus on supporting clients to live independently and comfortably in their own homes. Duties may include:
Companionship and meaningful social interaction
Meal preparation and light housekeeping
Shopping and accompanying clients to appointments
Personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Supporting wellbeing, dignity, and independence
