The role of a Home Instead Care Assistant
We look for Care Assistants who are good communicators and share our values of quality relationship led care. We are happy to consider care professionals who haven’t worked in domiciliary care if there is some wider personal experience of working in a care setting or interacting with older people. Our Care Assistants have a compassionate and patient nature, supporting our elderly clients a range of daily tasks:-
Personal Care, Dementia Support, Medication Support, Home Help, Companionship, Meals & Hydration, Shopping, Appointments, Outings.
