This is a very exciting time to join our expanding team! We are looking to recruit a Senior Practitioner in Hampshire, who will work with children accessing the Inclusion22 service and oversee the operational delivery of the programme.

As Senior Practitioner you will be tasked with ensuring the delivery of a high-quality service that meets targets, standards and KPI's. You will also provide line management support to the Inclusion22 team.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Recruiting, managing, motivating, coaching and developing a staff team including carrying out annual appraisals and regular supervision meetings.

  • Managing operational risk, health and safety, governance and safeguarding issues in line with Catch22 and Commissioner policies.
  • Liaising effectively with local partner organisations and other relevant agencies to promote the continued work of the service.

The work can be challenging, but it is hugely rewarding. The services delivered by our Practitioners has proven to make a real change in the lives of our service users.
