Waking Night Care Assistant

We're looking for compassionate and reliable individuals to join our team of nighttime Care Assistants. You would work with the same client, enabling you to establish a trusting relationship. The support you will provide will include (but is not limited to):
- Help with food preparation, light housework and medication administration.
- Support with mobility and transfers around the home.
- Continence and personal care support if required, helping your client to remain comfortable through the night.
- Companionship and reassurance, keeping your client feeling safe during the nocturnal hours.
- Contributing to a comfortable living environment to maintain the dignity and comfort of your client.
- Working with other health and social care professionals where necessary to provide safe and person-centred care.
