We are looking to transport and support our clients out into  the community, therefore a vehicle is required or reliable transport. 

As a Care Professional, you will provide a variety of non-medical services to help people remain independent in their own home:

• Companionship
• Home help services 
• Personal care services 
• Transport to different activities 
• Many more 
• Number of secondary responsibilities which you can find in the job description document upon request 

As a Care professional, you will be expected to work every other weekend (full weekend or part of the weekend) , in turns with everyone. Flexibility will be discussed on individual basis.
