Job Description
- Work in a timely manner with Care Professionals to prepare schedules.
- Develop professional relationships with Care Professionals and Clients for a positive experience.
- Work along side the recruitment team to understand the staff levels.
- Ensure Client and Care Professional visits are matched and visits are allocated for the correct time.
- Participate in On-Call duties some evenings and weekends.
- Authorising Holiday request for Care Professionals
- Completing invoicing and payroll.
