At Home Instead we value the amazing work that our Care Professionals do every day.  In order to help you achieve the best for yourself and your clients, we offer:

• Competitive pay - from £13.00 to £14.00 per hour.  Bank Holiday pay rates - from £26 per hour
• Minimum 3 hour calls – with client matching for continuity.
• We have morning, afternoon and visits available, you will be with the client for a minimum of 3 hours at a time but often longer, sometimes for the whole day - We offer either part time or full time hours based on your availabilities.
• You receive your schedule a month in advance based on your availabilites
• Training - full induction programme where we provide award winning training and opportunities to develop your career further
