We are currently seeking a motivated and patient-focused Support Pharmacist to join our busy community pharmacy teams in Dublin 7. Our support pharmacist will work as part of a dynamic team, supporting our Supervising Pharmacist in dispensing prescriptions and delivering expert advice. This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist who is passionate about delivering high-quality healthcare services and building strong relationships with patients and the local community.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide a safe and efficient dispensing service in accordance with PSI regulations and Standard Operating Procedures
Deliver excellent patient care and professional advice to the local community
Support the supervising pharmacist and wider pharmacy team in day-to-day operations
Ensure the safe and accurate supply of medicines
Assist with stock control and ordering
Support the delivery of pharmacy services including vaccinations, health checks, and Common Conditions Service
Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism at all times
Build and maintain positive personal relationships with our customers
Support colleagues in maintaining a positive working environment
Qualifications, Experience and Skills required:
Registered with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI)
Minimum of 1 years' experience of the Irish Schemes
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A positive 'can-do' attitude
Highly organised with a proven ability to work on multiple tasks accurately in a pressurised environment
Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
Patient-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high standards of care
