Head of Clinical Services (children & young people) - £53,876 to £56,547 per annum Epsom, Surrey or Bromsgrove, Worcestershire (hybrid working available with 2 days working from the office) The Lucy Faithfull Foundation (LFF) is dedicated solely to preventing child sexual abuse. We work with adults worried about their own sexual thoughts, feelings or behaviour towards children; adults worried about another adult or young person; young people themselves; and with protective adults and professionals. About the role We are looking for a dynamic, talented and experienced leader to join our senior management team as head of our children and young people services. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive a thriving service area, whilst continuing to work directly with our beneficiary group. You will provide clinical leadership in the delivery of assessments and interventions with families impacted by harmful sexual behaviours. You will use your clinical expertise and experience to shape and grow integrative clinical services for families, addressing the needs of children and parents. You will support and oversee the delivery of Shore , our pioneering HSB prevention website for young people; our help for schools offer and the delivery and direction of psycho-education programme for young people. You will plan and deliver innovative projects and activities, aligned with the vision of the young people's service, and help LFF to define what excellent practice looks like, in the prevention of Harmful Sexual Behaviour. This means: LFF becoming the gold standard service for HSB assessment, intervention and consultancy; taking an integrated, restorative approach to working with affected families Every young person in the UK knowing Shore is there to help them Fully equipping schools to respond to and prevent HSB Making Inform YP accessible to all the young people who need it, fully embedding it into society's response to harmful sexual behaviours online Harnessing youth participation to add power, depth and reach to everything we do, at every level.
