The Team Leader will be working in the Community Living Team, providing care and support for people with complex Learning Disabilities in their own homes. You will be a member of the adult disability service that supports people with a learning disability and/or autism based in a variety of settings including residential homes, supported living, short break service and the outreach team. Job Description This role comes with a competitive salary, an annual bonus, progressive annual leave and entitlement to a pension scheme. We will also consider previous service in a substantive post in the NHS towards your entitlement to annual leave, maternity leave and sick pay. This role also benefits from an additional bonus of £3,000, which is payable on the anniversary of the second and fourth year of employment.
