Mobile CV Upload Queries
Yes, you can upload your CV from smartphone and tablet devices using Dropbox, Google Drive, Onedrive or Box.
If you already have a JobsMedical account:
- Login to CV-Library via a browser on a mobile device, go to 'My Profile' and scroll down to the 'Your CV' section.
- Select either 'Dropbox' or 'Google Drive' or 'OneDrive' or 'Box'
- You will then be taken through to the website of which option you chose above. Login to the website that has become available.
- Once logged in, you will be taken back to the CV-Library website. If your device does not automatically do this, you will need to access your browser tabs and select the CV-Library website tab.
- You will now be able to choose the file that you have uploaded to either Dropbox, Google Drive, Onedrive or Box via the pop up available.
- Select the file you want to upload and click 'Choose File'
- To upload the document, click 'Upload new CV'.
- Login to the app
- Click on the option 'More'
- Select 'My CV & Profile'
- Choose 'Upload New CV' and a drop down will become available.
- Select either 'Dropbox' or 'Google Drive' or 'OneDrive' from the drop down. Please note, you cannot currently use Box via the app. You will need to access the site through a browser if you would like to use Box to upload your document.
- You will then be taken through to the website of which option you chose above. Login to the website that has become available.
- Once logged in, you will automatically be taken back to the app and you will now be able to choose the file that you have uploaded to either Dropbox, Google Drive or Onedrive.
- Select the file and click 'Upload CV'
Please note it can take our systems up to 24 hours to show your new CV document.
- Go to the CV-Library home page via a browser on a mobile device
- Click 'Menu' in the top right hand corner and select 'Register your CV' from the drop down.
- Fill in all the required fields on the 'Quick CV Registration' page.
- At the bottom, select 'Upload CV' and select either 'Dropbox' or 'Google Drive' or 'OneDrive' or 'Box'.
- You will then be taken through to the website of which option you chose above. Login to the website that has become available.
- Once logged in, you be automatically taken back to the CV-Library website to choose the CV document file that you uploaded to either Dropbox, Google Drive, Onedrive or Box.
- Once the file is selected, click 'Choose File'
- Once chosen, click 'Register' at the bottom of the page.
Please note you will have had to create a Dropbox, Google Drive, Onedrive or Box account and uploaded your CV document to whichever website prior to doing these steps.
- Access the app
- Click on the option 'More'
- Select 'Register' from the menu
- Fill in all the required fields on the register page.
- At the bottom of the registration form, select either 'Dropbox' or 'Google Drive' or 'OneDrive' from the drop down. Please note, you cannot currently use Box via the app. You will need to access the site through a browser if you would like to use Box to upload your document.
- You will then be taken through to the website of which option you chose above. Login to the website that has become available.
- Once logged in, you will automatically be taken back to the app and you will now be able to choose the file that you have uploaded to either Dropbox, Google Drive or Onedrive.
- Select the file and click 'Register'
Please note you will have had to create a Dropbox, Google Drive, Onedrive or Box account and uploaded your CV document to whichever website prior to doing these steps.
