Lee Biggins
Founder and CEO
Lee Biggins is the founder and CEO of CV-Library, the UK's leading independent job site. Lee has always been an entrepreneur at heart, and even from an early age, his entrepreneurial spirit shone through.
Growing up in Fleet, Hampshire meant that Lee was just a short walk away from the Basingstoke Canal, and on hot days he would sell cold cans of coke to fishermen. This drive led to Lee running his own car-washing empire as a teenager, and ultimately carried through to the developmental days of CV-Library.
Amanda le Gros
Content and Communications Manager
"Everyone in our award-wining marketing team is passionate about promoting the CV-Library brand and helping us to stay ahead of the competition."
Mike Powell
Sales Director
"CV-Library has gone from strength to strength over the years and knowing I've played a part in the company's success is very rewarding."

CV-Library in the community
We're passionate about giving back to our community and making a real difference. Every year we commit to supporting a charity and fill our diaries with exciting fundraising events, from quiz nights to Tough Mudders.
Our previous charity work
In 2019 we raised over £7,500 for Centrepoint, the UK's leading youth homelessness charity. And in 2020/21 we raised thousands for Make-A-Wish helping to grant life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses.
Our current chosen charity
Since 2022 we have been supporting the NSPCC, the UK's leading children's charity. So far, we have donated over £50,000 to help them continue the vital work they do across the UK to end child abuse and neglect.
