About the Role:

• £22.05 per hour salary
• Parttime and Fulltime Hours 
• Days or Nights
• NMC registration and valid PIN required
• Comprehensive understanding of current clinical practices essential
• Ability to develop detailed care plans and risk assessments necessary
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines preferred

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with care and management teams to maintain high standards of nursing care
• Provide effective supervision to ensure smooth shift operations
• Perform general nursing duties in compliance with CQC and NMC guidelines
• Update care plans and administer medication safely
• Demonstrate flexibility and reliability to meet resident and facility needs
